We hereby appoint the Partner to take the following actions on our behalf using our account withRazorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay") ("Razorpay Account"):
Create and view payments limited to payment gateway, payment links, subscriptions, QR codes
Create and view refunds
View settlements
View disputes 2. We acknowledge and agree that Razorpay shall in no event whatsoever, be liable for any actions oromissions of the Partner based on the above through our Razorpay Account including any negligence,fraud, misconduct or any act of omission or commission. It is hereby clarified that in the event of anydisputes with respect to usage of our Razorpay Account shall be resolved solely between the Partnerand us and that Razorpay shall not be a party to the same.
3.We shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold Razorpay and its promoters, banks, clients, attorneys,employees, officers and directors harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims,damages and expenses of every kind and character as incurred or resulting from or relating to or arisingout of:
any act or omission of the Partner and/or;
any claim brought against Razorpay by a third party, including the Partner
